The Swiss watchmaking experts at Initium have announced an exciting new partnership with the neo-vintage brand Furlan Marri. Together, they will offer immersive watchmaking experiences allowing participants to assemble their own timepiece from the Furlan Marri collection.

Furlan Marri Initium Workshop

Based in Le Noirmont, Initium specializes in one-of-a-kind watchmaking and jewelry workshops for beginners and enthusiasts alike. Their hands-on courses cover topics like mechanical watch assembly, horology fundamentals, and crafting unique jewelry pieces.

With a focus on innovation, Initium seeks to collaborate with like-minded partners to enhance the customer experience. This led to a successful partnership with Qlock in 2022, introducing the first workshop where participants could build the Furlan Marri "Black Sector" model.

Building on this achievement, Initium has formalized an ongoing partnership to permanently integrate Furlan Marri courses into their workshops in Noirmont and Geneva.

Spanning 3.5 hours, the Furlan Marri experience includes theory and history, assembling the movement, placing hands and bracelet, and testing water resistance. Under the guidance of a Master Horologist, participants will gain an appreciation for watchmaking and the satisfaction of creating their own timepieces.

Three new 37.5mm Furlan Marri models are available for assembly. Reference 2154-A "Salmon Sector" has an embossed texture dial with PVD indexes. Reference 2161-A "White Sector" features blued steel hands and relief indexes. Reference 2145-A "Grey Sector" has a dual-printed dial. All models use La Joux-Perret self-winding movements with 68-hour power reserves.
