At the Watches and Wonders 2025, Vacheron Constantin embarks on a celebration of its 270th year of continuous operation with the launch of an 18K 5N pink gold Traditionnelle Moon Phase watch. This elegant ladies’ timepiece is set with 80 round-cut diamonds across its bezel and gets a dial which is decorated with the special Maltese cross pattern. This watch is a limited-edition release of just 270 pieces.

A Classy Timepiece With Slim Proportions

Vacheron Constantin offers a Traditionnelle Moon Phase timepiece with a moon phase display centered on the dial. Based on an ingenious mechanism, it requires only one adjustment per 122 years. Powering the timepiece and its romantic celestial display is the manual-winding caliber 1410 AS/270. Boasting 38 hours of power reserve, the movement’s bridges get the special “côte unique” finishing along with a discreet anniversary signature. The movement can be viewed through the sapphire display caseback on the timepiece’s 36mm case.

The watch has a case that’s gem-set with 80 diamonds totalling at least 1.28ct. It features the Traditionnelle Collection’s characteristic styling in the form of the stepped, round case and lugs with a slender bezel and fluted caseback. On the dial, we see a railway-type minute track and dauphine-type hour and minute hands. The dial is of mother-of-pearl with 270th anniversary decor consistent with the Maltese cross motif.  This watch gets a purple leather strap with a pink gold clasp for a secure fit.

Despite the heft of displays on the dial, the overall watch face follows a very balanced layout. This timepiece is a very subtle execution of a moon phase complication introduced at the Watches and Wonders 2025.
