Seiko introduces a bold new chapter in its legacy of precision and design with a limited-edition collaboration celebrating the iconic Datsun 240Z—an automotive legend that, like Seiko, defined the spirit of innovation and performance in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Born in 1932 at DAT Jidosha Seizo, the predecessor of Nissan Motor, the Datsun name carries a rich motorsport heritage that now meets Seiko’s horological milestones in the Prospex Speedtimer series.

This special collection pays tribute to both brands’ pioneering achievements, combining vintage cues from the sleek lines of the 240Z with advanced watchmaking features like vertical clutches, column wheels, solar chronographs, tachymeter bezels, and countdown timers. Enhanced with distinct Datsun branding and retro racing details, the lineup includes the SPB517 (limited to 2,500 pieces), SRQ057 (limited to 500 pieces), and SSC957 (limited to 4,000 pieces)—each model a striking fusion of history and cutting-edge craftsmanship.
