Behrens Defies Horology With The Mind-Bending Orion One

Behrens developed an exclusive patent-pending lever system that allows the crown to be concealed, resulting in an uninterrupted exterior surface.

The highlight of the Orion One is its hypnotic double roller time display. The 3D cylinders are illuminated for legibility and roll horizontally to indicate the hours and minutes. A smaller subdial at 6 o'clock acts as a "radar," with a raised seconds hand sweeping steadily. 

Further hints of interstellar influence adorn the Orion One, like the engraved alien mothership on the caseback. There is also a linear 24-hour indicator and magnified date display. For convenience, Behrens implemented their new quick-release system for effortless strap changes.

At 44mm x 38mm, the Orion One makes a bold wrist statement. It is powered by Behrens' new patented SWB18-200 self-winding movement with a 38-hour power reserve and a water resistance of upto 30 meters.
