Stylist Antara Motiwala choosing Canali outfits to style with Panerai watches

Soon after came a shift into pure style with the Panerai and Canali styling session led by stylist Antara Motiwala. The focus was on pairing a sharply tailored suit with the right watch, bringing the worlds of menswear and horology together in a way that felt both polished and approachable. Antara showcased four looks that illustrated how different Panerai collections speak to different moods. A formal suit paired effortlessly with the refined lines of the Radiomir. A sporty look aligned naturally with the Submersible and its confident spirit. A casual outfit found its match in the Luminor, relaxed yet unmistakably stylish. And a festive brown ensemble shone brightest with the Luminor Due, a piece that balances elegance with the celebration ready charm of Indian dressing.

“My pro tip for everyone is to always have your leather goods matching. If you watch is a brown leather strap then your belt and shoes should be the same colour. This year, a rich mocha mousse is trending and I think it’s a fantastic colour for Indian men as it effortlessly transitions from boardroom to ballroom. With more casual looks you can always add a fun strap colour to your watch as it will elevate your outfit letting your wrist do all the talking.”

Another highlight of the day came from Grand Seiko, which brought a quiet, poetic charm to the bustle of the plaza with a beautifully set up Serenity High Tea and origami corner. Guests were invited to take a look at the stunning watches on display and also take a quiet moment of zen with the origami experience. Folding delicate paper cranes and flowers inspired by Japanese artistry was a nod to the brand’s philosophy of precision, patience and natural beauty. The experience felt almost meditative, allowing people to slow down and appreciate the thoughtful craftsmanship that Grand Seiko brings to every watch. Many guests walked away with their own origami creations tucked safely into their bags, smiling at the unexpected serenity of the moment.

As evening approached The Dram Club brought everyone into the warm world of whisky tasting. The session focused on the art of identifying a good whisky through three simple steps. Look, smell and finally taste. Guests explored different varieties, compared colours, searched for aromas and savoured layers of flavour shaped by ingredients, cask types and regional styles. It was educational but also wonderfully playful, with people offering their own descriptions and discovering personal favourites along the way.
