For decades, owning a Rolex meant more than just telling time it meant wearing precision, heritage, and quiet confidence on your wrist. But now, that unmistakable Rolex aura has found new expressions beyond the case and crown. The brand has stepped into the world of accessories, unveiling a collection that includes refined cufflinks and a stunning desk clock. Both objects carry the same spirit of timeless craftsmanship Rolex has long been known for.

It feels like a natural progression. After all, Rolex has never been about trends; it has always been about creating enduring symbols of excellence. The cufflinks and desk clock don’t simply bear the Rolex logo, they reflect the brand’s design language, attention to detail, and that elusive quality of understated luxury that collectors recognise instantly.

The desk clock faithfully revisits the design of the Submariner Date

Take the Rolex desk clock, a piece that feels like it has travelled straight from the brand’s design archives into the modern world. Rolex has a history with desk clocks — collectors may recall vintage examples made in collaboration with master clockmakers — but this new creation feels refreshingly contemporary. This Rolex desk clock with a secular calendar faithfully revisits the design of the Submariner Date. It displays the time and date with a 60-minute graduated monobloc Cerachrom bezel insert as well as a Chromalight display that emits an intense blue glow in the dark.

Its hemispherical stainless steel case sits atop a ring-shaped base that allows the object to be orientated in any direction. It is powered by a quartz movement that incorporates a secular calendar. This mechanism automatically adjusts for months with 28, 30 or 31 days, recognizes leap years – when February has 29 days – and even accounts for rare exceptions that are not leap years.

Then there's the Rolex cufflinks. Crafted with the same precision you’d expect from one of their timepieces, these elegant pieces echo subtle cues from the watches themselves. The brand’s logo, a five-pointed crown, can be worn as cufflinks. They add a distinguished touch to the wrists of those for whom excellence must be expressed in the finest of details.

The Crown cufflinks and Chromatic Light cufflinks

Taking inspiration from the shape of the round disc found on the tips of the hour hands on Professional models, these hand cufflinks glow in the dark owing to their luminescent material – the same that is used on the Chromalight display on Rolex watches. The fluted cufflinks bring together several signature elements of Rolex watches. In the centre, the five-pointed crown is engraved on a Cerachrom disc in ceramic, which is surrounded by fluting that evokes the emblematic bezel seen on Classic models.

They’re not just accessories; they’re miniature expressions of Rolex engineering and aesthetics. Whether paired with a sharp tuxedo or a classic business shirt, the cufflinks feel less like jewellery and more like a quiet nod to one’s appreciation for excellence.

What makes these objects compelling is how seamlessly they extend the brand’s philosophy. Just as a Rolex watch moves effortlessly from ocean depths to black-tie dinners, these accessories bridge worlds from boardroom to study, from daily routine to personal ritual. The cufflinks add a hint of distinction to formalwear; the desk clock turns your workspace into a reflection of order and refinement. Whether you’re tightening your cuff before a meeting or glancing at the clock between tasks, these moments now carry that familiar sense of precision. Rolex has always understood that luxury lies in the details — and with these new accessories, it’s proving that true craftsmanship transcends the wrist.
