Blue dial watches are a must-have for all watch wardrobes, even if they aren't as classic as white or black dialed watches. These timepieces are sleek, sophisticated and sporty in more ways than one, whether they're a deep navy hue or a dazzling royal blue. With their distinct and strong colour, watches with blue dials are quite flexible. They're elegant enough to wear to the office with a suit, but they're also modern and contemporary enough to wear with khakis or trousers on the weekends. Having blue dial watches on your wrist is always a winning look, no matter where you're going.

Here are the Top 5 blue dials that made it to our favourites list this season!

1. Omega Speedmaster ‘57 Calibre 9906

Early in January, Omega debuted the Speedmaster Calibre 321, a tribute to the very first Speedmaster, the Ref CK2915-1, which beat the Calibre 321. The Speedmaster '57, which was first presented in 2013, is now expanding the collection.

There are eight new stainless steel models in this lineup, all of which are powered by OMEGA's Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 9906. The Calibre 9906 is thinner thanks to a new manual winding mechanism, resulting in a watch with a smaller profile, 12.99mm to be exact. The watch features a 60-hour power reserve and is officially certified by METAS.

This 40.50 mm model, inspired by the legendary 1957 original, features a stainless steel case and a blue dial with rhodium-plated hour markers and “Broad Arrow” hands - all featuring white Super-LumiNova. There is a date window at 6 o’clock, a small seconds subdial at 9 o’clock, and 12-hour and 60-minute chronograph recorders on the subdial at 3 o’clock. The blue is a deep ocean blue reminding us of the waves.

2. Chopard Alpine Eagle

The new Alpine Eagle timepiece series is a modern reworking of St Moritz, the first watch produced in 1980 by Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, now Chopard's president. It's made of Lucent Steel A223 — a special, ultra-resistant, light-reflecting metal that beats to the beat of a Chronometer-certified movement. The dial is a stunning dark anodized blue with a radiating texture inspired by the iris of an eagle.

The Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date is the brand's first sports diving watch, with a glacier pattern dial that provides the feeling of looking into the depths of a glacier.
