Continuing the refined revival of Daniel Roth, the maison has unveiled a platinum interpretation of its elegant Extra Plat powered by the manually wound calibre DR002.  Crafted entirely in platinum, the case brings a distinctly different presence to the wrist. Significantly denser and more demanding to machine than gold, platinum requires exceptional expertise and substantially longer finishing times, reinforcing the artisanal nature of the watch. Measuring 38.6mm x 35.5mm with a slim 7.7mm profile, the watch retains the elegant proportions of the Extra Plat collection while offering a reassuring sense of weight and permanence. Complementing the case is a gold dial finished with refined pinstripes guilloché, adding texture and depth while preserving the collection’s minimalist character.
