The MING 29.01 Midnight: is the stealthier, subtler alter ego of the brand’s popular Worldtimer. Whether you’re on a covert mission, a solo pilot on a polar route, late for that rendez-vous with a paramour or just a plain ol’ insomniac, the Midnight is for you. The Midnight is in DLC-coated grade 5 titanium, and retains the open worked lugs and deep box sapphire crystal that feel seamless and sculptural. The unique, rotating 24-hour dial and a sapphire dial with luminous ceramic-filled cities create further layering and inversion. The rear of the watch drops all pretense at subtlety for a bit of fun with Ming Thein’s redesign of the Schwarz-Etienne micro rotor automatic movement. The rose gold coated movement is airy, transparent and has lot of visual depth.
