Game On: Krayon’s PAC-MAN Series Turns Nostalgia Into Métiers d’Art

A limited edition of just 15 unique platinum pieces, each featuring its own distinct dial and powered by the celebrated “Anywhere” movement, this creation embraces a playful spirit executed with uncompromising rigour. It stands as both an artistic statement and a breath of freedom, without ever relinquishing mechanical seriousness or aesthetic perfection. The PAC-MAN series marks a pivotal moment for Krayon, signalling a more mature, serene and confident phase in which the maison feels freer than ever to express itself. With this work, Fei Hou presents a new Métiers d’Art creation alongside Rémi Maillat, her partner in life and head of Krayon, both members of the PAC-MAN generation yet shaped by different cultures and personal histories, one raised in China and the other in Switzerland. Two distinct childhoods converge in a shared emotion: the mounting excitement and suspension of everyday life while following the hypnotic path of that small yellow character racing across the screen.
