Breitling’s Top Time Deus Chronograph Returns As A Limited-Edition Timepiece

Another limited edition Top Time Deus chronograph from Breitling and Australian custom motorcycle and surf outfitter Deus Ex Machina. It's their second joint venture after a successful 2021 debut of a limited edition watch from both companies.
The new Top Time Deus is a limited edition of only 2000 pieces designed for open-road exploration with luminous indexes and a white lacquered dial offset by sky-blue on the subdials and the speed-measuring tachymeter scale.
While the colour palette has changed, many of the other elements, such as the lightning-shaped chronograph hand, mushroom pushers, racing-themed calfskin leather strap, and caseback engraving of a Deus bike and rider designed by Deus creative director Carby Tuckwell, remain from the original collaboration. 'One of 2000' is stamped on the back of each caseback.
Unconventional from its introduction in the 1960s, Breitling's Top Time chronograph quickly gained favour with the hip café racer and sports car subculture. Its striking dimensions and graphic dials appealed to both sexes. At 41 millimetres, the Top Time is a comfortable fit for most wrists and continues to be Breitling's go-to watch for motorcyclists, boarders, surfers, and digital nomads.
