It becomes the focal point for eager anticipation, mingled with an exhibit of finest watchmaking. As we approach the 2026 edition of Watches and Wonders, this resonance has reached a fever pitch. This is a mechanical pilgrimage to the Palexpo, a site where the creators of the ultra-fine unveil the icons of tomorrow.

Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026 promises to be the most expansive edition yet, transforming the Swiss city into a living celebration of horological ingenuity from April 14 to 20. With Audemars Piguet’s long-awaited return and a host of new exhibitors joining 65 prestigious brands at Palexpo, alongside an unprecedented “In the City” program, this is the definitive primer for discerning visitors.

Running Tuesday, April 14, through Monday, April 20, 2026, the fair divides neatly into professional days (April 14-17) for industry insiders and public access from Saturday, April 18, to Monday, April 20. The Palexpo venue, just steps from Geneva Airport, hosts the Salon with 65 brands showcasing innovations, while city-center activations extend the spectacle across Geneva.

This year’s theme emphasizes immersion: expect Watches & wonder 2026 Novelties, live craftsmanship, and forward-looking tech in the LAB zone. For the public, tickets grant entry to guided tours, conferences, exhibitions, and family-friendly zones, all bookable via the Watches and Wonders app or website.

Options range from single-day tickets (CHF 70 normal rate Saturday/Sunday, CHF 50 Monday) to three-day passes (CHF 160 normal). Premium Packages (CHF 550) unlock VIP perks like lounge access, complimentary drinks, priority reservations, and dedicated parking.

Youth (12-25) and seniors (60+) enjoy discounts, children under 12 enter free (with registration), and reduced-mobility visitors get support plus a free companion. Your e-ticket doubles as a Unireso transport pass for public days, covering buses, trams, and trains in the “Tout Genève” zone. Navigating Palexpo

Palexpo sits at Route François-Peyrot 30, a 10-minute jaunt from Geneva Airport or Cornavin station. Free shuttles link the airport, partner hotels, and venue (using bus lanes for speed), running until noon on April 20, check the app for schedules. Public buses 5, 50, and 59 stop at Grand-Saconnex, Palexpo. Drivers: Exit A1 at Genève Aéroport, with paid P48 parking (free shuttles to entrance) or reserved P12 for Premium holders.

Enter via Halls 2 and 5 (8:30am-7pm Tuesday-Sunday; 8:30am-5pm Monday). Security mandates ID and e-badge, no liquids or umbrellas inside (cloakrooms provided). Accessibility: ramps, elevators, reserved seating, and assistance at Entrance 2 with a Mobility Inclusion Card.

Inside The Salon

The Salon’s heart beats with brand booths offering close-up views of novelties. Register for expert-led product presentations revealing inspirations and innovations, or join booth animations - immersive setups redefining collections. Guided tours (10-15 people) unveil technical insights, exclusive to ticket holders.

The Auditorium hosts keynotes with premieres and ambassadors, plus conferences on watchmaking’s challenges - all translated in French/English. LAB 2026 spotlights 13 startups in the Innovation Hub, COSC’s new “full-watch” certification (wear simulation, anti-magnetism, power reserve), and a dynamic future-watch space.

Don’t miss the “Wake Up!” exhibition from Geneva’s Musée d’Art et d’Histoire, tracing alarm clocks from medieval origins to modern marvels. The Wake Up Café serves Chef Danny Khezzar's pastries alongside watchmaking demos in a free-flow format. Tic Tac Zone engages under-16s with hands-on time exploration. Round out with the photo studio (#WatchesandWonders2026), boutique capsule collection, and bookshop.

Premium holders access a VIP Lounge (buffet, experts), early registrations (from March 3), and free bar drinks.

In the City Program

Spilling into Geneva April 14-20, “In the City” offers free activations citywide, peaking with Thursday’s Nocturne. Boutiques extend hours for exclusive views of signature pieces. The Watchmaking Village at Pont de la Machine hosts demonstrations (disassemble movements!), careers chats via the Swiss Watchmaking Industry Employers’ Association, and themed tours.

Sound On at the Montreux Jazz Club (Quai Général-Guisan, 5-11pm April 14-18) features emerging artists, jazz, and DJs. Conferences probe time's dimensions; kids' workshops spark creativity. Practical Tips

Download the app for real-time program, reservations, and shuttle times - essential for limited spots. Info desks (8:30am-close) guide on-site, central bars offer meals (Premium drinks free until April 18). Partner hotels provide preferential rates/guaranteed rooms for ticket holders. Smoking areas: La Terrasse and Le Patio outdoors.

Prohibited: Vaping inside, large bags (cloak). Dress smart-casual, comfortable shoes for walking. Airport welcome desks (April 13-18) and hotel desks assist arrivals. For families, Tic Tac Zone and kids-free entry make it inclusive.
