Designed with that very intention Kikuo Ibe, a Casio engineer developed the G-shock after he dropped and broke a pocket watch that was handed down to him by a loved one. Although big and chunky as most call it, G-shock is constantly introducing refreshing new designs that also match contemporary street wear fashion.
